Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) organization is hiring an Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who is organized, discreet, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. As a strategic partner to AGI leadership, you'll manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and plan events of varying scale. You'll handle sensitive information with care, build strong cross‑functional relationships, and help maintain a positive, productive team culture. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details. You anticipate needs before they arise and look for ways to continuously improve how the team operates.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Able to work onsite M‑F
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements
  • Manage travel and expense reporting
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all‑team meetings, leadership off‑sites, and team social events)
  • Management of team space, including moves and restacks
  • Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience working with large global teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
  • Experience with work space planning/management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
