At Autokiniton Milan, as a Production Operator, you are a part of the 2nd largest Body-in-White and frame supplier in North America! We are not an ordinary tube mill. We are a leading engineering producer of steel tube and roll form products for a variety of applications. Welders, benders, saws, presses, and assembly. Safety, quality and delivery are our top priorities, and we count on all of our team members to make our business successful! Direct hire openings for entry level production operators on all shifts!
- Earn up to $16.75 /hour (based on shift), paid weekly

Qualifications:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, production reports, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to read, write and comprehend simple business correspondence and memos.Ability to effectively communicate information to co-workers or customers in both one-on-one and small group situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
BUSINESS JUDGMENT
