We create refined, data-driven event formats that preserve each brand’s identity while offering clients a seamless, memorable shopping experience.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Super Archive Events Team, you will support both the event set-up and the sales operations during private sales.

Event Set-Up Responsibilities

  • Receive and process weekly stock deliveries.
  • Prepare zoning, merchandising, and product categorization.
  • Execute pricing and tagging of merchandise.

Event Sales Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a personalized approach.
  • Engage in cross-selling and maximize sales opportunities to reach targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, involving the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high visual and organizational standards on the shop floor.
  • Remain vigilant and contribute to preventing product losses or theft.

PROFILE

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
