MISSION
We create refined, data-driven event formats that preserve each brand’s identity while offering clients a seamless, memorable shopping experience.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Super Archive Events Team, you will support both the event set-up and the sales operations during private sales.
Event Set-Up Responsibilities
- Receive and process weekly stock deliveries.
- Prepare zoning, merchandising, and product categorization.
- Execute pricing and tagging of merchandise.
Event Sales Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a personalized approach.
- Engage in cross-selling and maximize sales opportunities to reach targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high visual and organizational standards on the shop floor.
- Remain vigilant and contribute to preventing product losses or theft.
PROFILE
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
