nss is a creative media agency that explores the link between fashion and street culture creating unique projects. We are looking for an intern to join the events team , passionate about fashion, with organization skills and a creative approach.
Scope of Assignment
- Support the event team in day-by-day work for organising and producing events
- Work within timelines and deadlines
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time
- Work closely with the creative team to improve workflows and ongoing processes
- Focusing especially on events production and management
- Management of events team agenda and calendar
- Strong problem solving and ability to collaborate with both creative and executive teams
- Improve and optimize workflows with various teams
Qualifications
- From 0 to -1 years of Project Management experience in the creative industry
- Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Strong organizational sense and ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of the nss aesthetic and target
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to think analytically
- Enjoying working in a forward-thinking, dynamic team
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and Keynote
