Role Description

The Events & Partnerships Director plays a pivotal role in unlocking the full commercial potential of La Scogliera Group.

This position is responsible for driving incremental revenue through the strategic monetisation of evening availability across key venues, transforming them into exclusive, high-value event destinations.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, refined understanding of luxury positioning, and the ability to convert high-level relationships into tangible revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Drive a structured and results-oriented events sales strategy aligned with group revenue objectives
  • Secure exclusive-use bookings with clearly defined minimum spend thresholds
  • Develop and maintain high-value relationships across international event agencies, luxury concierge, yacht brokers and UHNW clients
  • Build and actively manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities, ensuring strong conversion rates
  • Leverage the existing CRM (SevenRooms) to activate repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between brand visibility and commercial conversion
  • Define and refine the events product offering, including menus, beverage packages and pricing structures
  • Contribute to the creation of premium sales materials and event brochures
  • Enforce strict commercial discipline, safeguarding pricing integrity and brand positioning
  • Avoid low-value or non-strategic bookings that dilute the brand
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on revenue, pipeline and conversion
