About UsThe Robin is Milan’s exclusive private members’ club, connecting international professionals through curated cultural experiences, strategic partnerships, and high-profile events. We are seeking a passionate and connected Events & Partnerships Coordinator to join our Milan team.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes art, fashion, and design , thrives on building relationships, and has proven experience creating and managing exceptional cultural events and partnerships.
Role OverviewThis role combines event execution (40%) , partnership development (40%) , and social programming (20%) . You will not only deliver high-quality events but also expand The Robin’s cultural reach through partnerships and innovative programming.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Execution (40%)
- Coordinate and deliver high-profile member and partner events
- Manage logistics, suppliers, guest communications, and on-site operations
- Oversee setup and ensure seamless event delivery
- Be present at all events to manage and host members
Partnership Development (40%)
- Identify, secure, and manage collaborations with brands, galleries, and cultural institutions
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships across art, fashion, design, and luxury
- Support sponsorship opportunities and brand activations
- Act as a connector between members, partners, and The Robin network
Social Programming (20%)
- Contribute to The Robin’s monthly cultural calendar
- Scout unique cultural opportunities, artists, and experiences in Milan
- Propose fresh formats for networking, cultural dialogue, and lifestyle activities
- Proven event and partnership management experience (3+ years preferred)
- Existing network in art, fashion, design, or luxury lifestyle
- Previous experience in a members’ club, cultural, or luxury environment is a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Enthusiastic, social, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
- Based in Milan , with ability to work 4 days per week in the office + 1 remote
- Mandatory availability for all evening and weekend events
- Partita IVA required
- €2,000/month compensation (Partita IVA freelance contract)
