We are looking for a passionate and experienced Events Manager to join our team in Milan, responsible for planning and coordinating all sales and events activities.


Main Responsibilities

  • Comprehend and understand operations and general business policies and procedures of Sunset Hospitality Group.
  • Identifies sales & events opportunities forecasting projected business;
    establishing targeted sales opportunities
  • Support all sales operations and general business policies when interacting with managers and employees
  • Develop appropriate and creative sales plan, soliciting appropriate input from the Director of Food & Beverage
  • Develop and submit a requested detailed budgets for the sales
  • Recommend selling prices;
    monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
  • Provide recommendations to operations and their managers for improving the quality of the stores sales programs while maintaining a positive relationship with them at all times
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Preparing and completing action plans;
    implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
    resolving problems;
    completing audits;
    identifying trends;
    determining system improvements;
    implementing change
  • Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs;
    developing field sales action plans
  • Sustains relationship with key accounts by making periodic visits;
    exploring specific needs;
    anticipating new opportunities
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Events or business administration degrees.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality & F&B Industry
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong financial planning and budgetary skills
  • Excellent English language knowledge
