Opening in Milan in 2026, Madison House will be an exclusive members club inspired by the international luxury lifestyle. A private and elegant destination for a selected community brought together by shared values of wellbeing, culture and social connection. Sophisticated atmospheres, curated design and exceptional service will make Madison House a new reference point for experiencing Milan with style.
Main responsibilities
· Define and implement the events strategy for the pre-opening phase and the initial months of operation.
· Develop and manage a rolling 6–12 month events calendar, including social, cultural, wellness, culinary and music programming.
· Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with the club’s mission, values and brand positioning.
· Plan, coordinate and deliver events of different scales, from intimate workshops to large-scale, high-profile celebrations.
· Identify, establish and manage partnerships with cultural institutions, F&B brands, artists, speakers and industry professionals.
· Oversee event budgets, KPIs and performance metrics to ensure financially sustainable and high-quality programming.
· Collect feedback, analyze performance and continuously refine and improve the events calendar and formats.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in events management, hospitality or lifestyle programming, preferably within members’ clubs or luxury environments.
- Proven experience in conceptualizing, planning and delivering exclusive and successful events.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L and event-related KPIs.
- Established network of partners, suppliers, artists, speakers and wellness professionals.
- Highly creative, proactive, energetic and well-organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
