Job description:

For our Hotel Calimala in Milan, we are looking for an Events Manager with a strong interest in the hospitality development sector.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, concierges, and industry professionals;
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and generate new opportunities;
• Handle incoming leads, phone calls, and email inquiries;
• Manage follow-ups with potential and existing clients;
• Sales & Negotiation;
• Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement;
• Lead high-level negotiations to secure events and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree;
• Previous experience (at least 3 years) in Event management, preferably in the construction or hospitality sector;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team and interface with different interlocutors;
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
• Negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
