Event Specialist internship

Our product offers cutting-edge solutions for various industries, including finance, insurance, healthcare, utilities, and transportation, both in Italy and abroad. 

Alongside our Product, we support customers with our Academy and our dedicated teams of Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers and Software and Cloud Engineers.

We are now seeking an Event Specialist to join our Marketing team.

Responsibilities 

• Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events (Italy and abroad).
• Coordinate with vendors (venues, booth setup, catering, agencies, promotional materials, printing suppliers).
• Provide operational support before, during, and after events.
• Assist with travel and logistics coordination for team members (Italy and London branch).
• Update contact databases and manage post-event lead follow-up in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
• Support the creation of promotional materials (presentations, brochures, landing pages, email campaigns).
• Monitor event KPIs and contribute to reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
• Good command of English.
• knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint /Google Slides
