As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking an Event Coordinator  to join our Sales & Marketing Team.


Role Description

As Event Coordinator , you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and delivering exceptional events that reflect the hotel’s luxury standards and unique heritage. You will support the Event Manager and work closely with internal departments, guests, and external partners to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the planning and execution of events, meetings, and social functions

Assisting clients with event design, setup requirements, and on-site arrangements

Serving as the primary point of contact before and during events

Managing timelines, logistics, layouts, and event orders with accuracy

Ensuring all event spaces meet luxury standards and are prepared on time

Collaborating with F&B, Banqueting, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams

Supporting VIP and high-profile events with discretion and professionalism

Monitoring event progress and resolving issues promptly and effectively

Preparing detailed documentation, reports, and post-event follow-ups

Maintaining clear communication with all departments to ensure seamless delivery

Assisting with site inspections, client visits, and proposal preparations

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role in luxury hospitality

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Excellent client-facing abilities and a service-oriented mindset

High attention to detail and the ability to manage several events simultaneously

Calm, proactive, and solution-focused approach under pressure

Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills

Proficiency with event management software and MS Office

Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)

A passion for creating memorable experiences in a luxury environment

Additional Information

•  Location: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required)

Type of work: Full time 

•  Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods

•  You must possess the legal right to work in Italy
