Offer Description The project will focus on the study of the effects induced by exposure to environmental contaminants in complex biological systems, with the aim of understanding the cellular and molecular mechanisms associated with the risk of chronic diseases. The activities will include sample preparation and treatment, the analysis of biological responses under different experimental conditions, and the evaluation of biochemical and metabolic alterations induced by exposure. Advanced analytical platforms based on liquid and gas chromatography coupled with low- and high-resolution mass spectrometry will be developed and validated for the qualitative and quantitative characterization of complex molecular profiles. Data will be integrated through statistical and bioinformatic analyses to identify molecular signatures associated with exposure, with particular focus on oxidative stress, energy metabolism, and cellular adaptation processes.

Master's degree or equivalent qualification obtained no more than six years ago on the deadline date of the call for applications;

A CV suitable for supporting the research activities relevant to the position.

Master's degree or equivalent qualification in PHARMACY or BIOLOGY, obtained no more than six years ago on the deadline date of the call for applications;

any other qualifications: master’s degrees, advanced training courses, scholarships, and the relevant scientific field, laboratory experience, project participation, specialized skills in MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY conference participation.

b) Thesis and scientific publications in the field of SSD CHEM-07/A

b) assessment of skills and knowledge in the field of:

environmental contaminants and their potential impact on complex biological systems;

advanced analytical techniques based on liquid chromatography and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry;

development, optimization, and validation of analytical platforms for the characterization of complex molecular profiles;

statistical and bioinformatic analysis of omics data for the identification of potential risk indicators.
