Role Description
As a European Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to grow our client base, and establish strong relationships with partners throughout Europe. This full-time hybrid role is based in Vicenza, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing existing client accounts, leading an international sales team (Italy, China), and ensuring revenue targets are met. The role will also involve creating sales forecasts, and conducting market analyses.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and strategic planning
- Proven experience in market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management, account handling, and leadership skills to inspire
- Proficient in communication, relationship-building, and cross-cultural collaboration across diverse markets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting platforms
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language
- Experience in technology sales or a related sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required
