GRAFF is a growing organization with international market presence in the luxury kitchen and bath industry. This innovative organization has an immediate need for an upbeat, passionate and relationship-driven European Director of Sales, to lead and inspire our field sales team and to serve on our leadership team.


This role requires on-site presence at our Milan office. Candidates preferably be located within approximately 50KM of Milan or be able to commute daily.


Excelling in the execution of sales strategy, our European Director of Sales will champion the planning, organizing, and executing of GRAFF UK and E.U. This position will lead our field sales team as well as have direct responsibility for customer service.


Strong working knowledge of marketing to ensure seamless alignment between Sales and Marketing functions and support integrated go-to-market initiatives,


An overall objective is to promote and reinforce a culture of sales excellence, drive key initiatives, and deliver consistent results. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will collaborate with other leaders across the organization to set goals and create strategy to achieve overall business plan. The European Director of Sales will also be expected to be a shining example of true leadership by consistently and visibly contributing to the efforts that strengthen our culture of trust and teamwork.


Duties & Responsibilities:

·Create and execute overall sales strategy to increase market share and grow revenue

·Oversee field sales team and customer service

·Provide insight into the competitive marketplace

·Act as a strategic partner in the overall sales initiatives and develop consistent measures and programs to achieve revenue goals

·Collaborate with other functional departments within organization to drive engagement and sales profitability

·Visibly and actively support GRAFF brand recognition and brand awareness across set territory

·Comfortable and accurate in working with data/numbers/analysis

·Strong communication skills written and verbal, a dynamic presenter


Education and Experience:

·10+ years in sales leadership experience

·Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal

·University degree (Business, Sales, Marketing or related field)

·Upscale and luxury brand experience, more specifically in interior design and architectural specified products (residential and hospitality)

·Experience with premium branded products a plus

Experience in the kitchen and Bath industry is a plus

·Highly competent with sharp analytical and quantitative analysis skills

·Proficient in MS Office Products
