The successful candidate will have over 10 years of HSE experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, and will be responsible for compliance with local regulations, conducting audits, and leading safety culture initiatives. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of other European languages is advantageous. The position involves approximately 30-40% travel across Europe.
