About the

Role
Location: Northern Italy. Purpose: To drive sales and marketing efforts of our dehydrated fruits and vegetables in Europe. To facilitate development of new products and build Go-To Market strategies for all products based on a deep understanding of market dyna

mics.

  Analyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and ca
• tegory.Create and develop a strategic long term plan for the development of the ca
• tegory.Develop a Go-To-Market strategy for new pr
• oducts.Build and drive relationships with key vendors to improve pricing and profitability across regions and pr
• oducts.Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product cate
• gories.Create forecasts for product demand to ensure sustainability of inv
• entory.Manage budget development and revenue for the ca
• tegory.Develop strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising
• teams.Create strategy for the dehydrated category for us gl
• obally.Ensure product availability at all times through accurate forecasting tech
• ications
  Degree in Food Technology and if poss
• ible MBA.Fluent in English and if possible

  Proven Sales and marketing experience in Food & Flavour industry internationally in a similar or
• ganisation.Experienced in Food Ingredient

• l exposure.Detailed understanding of product development and management with a good grasp on Go-To-Market
• strategies.Must have at least 7 years of category / product management
• experience.Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales
• principles.Understanding of data analysis and forecasti
