Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will perform proactive business development aligned with the General Industries segment strategy in European countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. You will support business with expertise in products, applications, solutions, and customer (group) support for the assigned portfolio, ensuring profitable business growth and the sustainable deployment of the division’s strategic plan.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

  • Ensuring the strategies and business plans are aligned with the overall segment strategy to achieve defined targets.
  • Delivering KPI targets for existing products and new product launches in collaboration with the Sales & Portfolio functions and ensuring their achievement.
  • Overseeing the implementation of activities for agreed cross‑country, cross‑segment, and relevant Global Solution Centre initiatives.

Qualifications For The Role

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development, preferably within the Industrial Robotic Automation market.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across multiple countries or clusters within a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Solid experience managing a multi‑channel sales approach for standard products and solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into concrete actions that drive sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across regions, functions, and with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
