The Graduate Program of Stellantis (GPS) is a European flagship early‑career program designed to accelerate high‑potential talents into the future leaders of Stellantis .


GPS is more than a first professional experience . It is an accelerated, international development journey that combines real technical responsibility , cross country exposure , and structured development path , preparing you to grow into roles with increasing scope, impact and leadership accountability.

Supply Chain at Stellantis is a strategic function at the core of the company’s operational performance and resilience .


Through the GPS Supply Chain path, you will operate in environments where planning , coordination and execution come together to keep the business moving . You will be exposed to end‑to‑end supply chain processes , connecting demand planning, logistics, manufacturing flows and distribution across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

From day one, you will experience contexts where decisions must be taken in conditions of constant change, balancing service level, cost, risk and performance .

THE GPS JOURNEY – HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED


The GPS Supply Chain Program follows a clear and progressive structure, designed to accelerate your growth while expanding your business exposure.


Phase 1 – Local Entry & Foundations


Your journey starts with a 6‑month internship , beginning in September , in your home country , where you will:


  • join a real Supply Chain team
  • take ownership of concrete activities and projects
  • build strong operational and analytical foundations
  • get onboarded into Stellantis culture, values and ways of working


This phase allows you to learn fast , understand how the organization operates , and start creating value early on.


Phase 2 – International Experience


International exposure is a core pillar of the GPS Supply Chain Program.

The second phase consists of a 24‑month international assignment through the VIE program (Volontariat International en Entreprise), a structured initiative that enables you to work in another country while being fully integrated into Stellantis’ organization.


During this phase, you will:


  • work in a different European country (or abroad)
  • experience a new operational context or role
  • collaborate with multicultural and cross‑functional teams
  • strengthen autonomy , adaptability and a global mindset


This experience is designed to broaden your perspective and accelerate both professional and personal growth.


Phase 3 – Consolidation & Long-Term Role


After the international experience, you return to your home country and Supply Chain function, where you:


  • consolidate your learning
  • take on increased responsibility
  • prepare for your next long-term role within Stellantis


Throughout the journey, you are supported by managers, mentors and HR, and benefit from tailored development initiatives aligned with your growth as a future leader.



IS THIS PROGRAM FOR YOU?


We are looking for high potential early career talents who want more than just a first professional experience and are motivated to build a longterm career within Stellantis.


You are a strong fit for the GPS Supply Chain Program if you:


  • have recently graduated from a Master’s degree (or equivalent)
  • are a citizen of the European Union (requirement to access the VIE international phase of the program)
  • are no older than 27 years old (requirement to access the VIE international phase of the program)
  • are interested in starting your career through a structured and accelerated early‑career program
  • demonstrate strong learning agility, curiosity and problem‑solving skills
  • are motivated by international experience and cross‑cultural environments
  • have a very good command of English (working language of the program)
  • are available to start the program in September


GPS is designed for talents who aspire to grow into future managerial and leadership roles , through progressive exposure, responsibility and international experience.



SELECTION PROCESS


The selection process includes an online assessment phase managed by an external partner, aimed at identifying talents with strong learning agility, motivation, problem solving skills and leadership potential.

Additional details will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the process.
