Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Europe Franchising Intern to join our Franchising Team in Bergamo. In this role, will provide operational, analytical, and cross-functional support to the Franchising HUB EUROPE. The role is designed to strengthen the efficiency of account management activities through structured data analysis, document preparation, reporting, and internal coordination.
In particular, you will among other things:
- Collect, consolidate, and update monthly/bimonthly reports (sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, promotions).
- Assist in producing monthly and quarterly commercial performance reports by market and partner.
- Update KPI dashboards and internal data trackers (sell-in, sell-out, promotional activities).
- Prepare slide decks, data summaries, and charts for weekly alignment calls, business reviews, and management presentations (including international meetings).
- Update shared files and trackers across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Collect documents required by Real Estate, Legal, Audit, and other departments (excluding negotiation activities).
- Support the gathering of documentation needed for new store openings.
- Maintain and update partner development documents (Real Estate Roadmap, Activity Lists).
- Support the preliminary compilation of SEDs and verification of documentation completeness.
- Send reminders and follow up with partners regarding monthly Forecast and Order Submission deadlines.
- Track the progress of agreed action plans with partners and update follow-up files accordingly.
- Prepare meeting minutes and ensure accurate tracking of action items.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up items to support timely execution across teams.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookup functions)
- Good proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to create clear, structured presentations
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
- Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail
- English proficiency: B2 level or above
