Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales of Alibaba.com solutions in the Italian market, focusing on new client acquisition and achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Analyze trends in the Italian tech and digital commerce landscape to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, customer success) to ensure accurate understanding and execution of client needs, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report sales performance, providing insights on market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with proficiency in Italian and English.
  • 1 year of sales experience in the tech industry, with a preference for experience in the Italian market.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, open to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with performance-based targets.
