The role involves leading and managing the organization's cyber defence strategy and operations.
This includes developing and implementing security measures to protect digital assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and responding to security incidents.
The ideal candidate will have extensive cybersecurity experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Accountabilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cyber defence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance cybersecurity measures.
- Oversee threat and vulnerability management, including penetration testing, red teaming, and detection activities.
- Coordinate and manage incident response to security breaches.
- Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on cybersecurity posture.
Your Profile :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's or relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CISSP, CISM) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity management or advisory roles.
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
