Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EUC & Deskside Support Engineer to backfill an existing full‑time position within the IT End User Computing team. The role involves providing onsite technical support to end users, managing endpoint devices, resolving incidents, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 deskside support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support Windows 10/11 and Mac OS environments.
  • Manage users in Active Directory (account creation, password reset, group policies).
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 / Outlook / Teams .
  • Handle ticketing system updates and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Perform asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (device setup, account configuration).
  • Coordinate with network/server teams for escalated issues.
  • Support VPN, remote access, and basic networking troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
  • Active Directory & Azure AD basics
  • Microsoft O365 Administration
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Imaging tools (SCCM / Intune preferred)
  • Hardware troubleshooting (laptop, desktop, docking stations)
  • Printer & peripheral support
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.)
