EU Research Proposals & Tenders Writer

R2M Solution is currently seeking an experienced EU Proposals and Tenders Writer to join our Innovation Division , specifically the team devoted to R&D proposals development . In this role, you will dive into Horizon Europe and other European/national funding and tendering opportunities, helping to design, write, and win collaborative projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Find, inspire, and lead competitive grant submissions (EU, national, regional, and open calls) supporting both R2M’s strategic interest in specific thematic areas (Digital and Sustainable Transition in Buildings, Energy&Technologies, Smart and Sustainable Communities and Industry of the Future) and the needs of our customers network  
• Build and coordinate strong international consortia during proposal preparation
• Write high-quality proposals, from defining the concept to drafting all sections (in close collaboration with consortia technical experts), preparing the budget, collecting and checking administrative information required.  
• Extend and curate our network of contacts and scout new opportunities of cooperation with them
• Curate relations with customers by identifying funding opportunities and support them in development of new proposals
• Represent R2M at EU and national networking events (typically short missions of 2–3 days) to maximize synergies and collaborations 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in EU/international proposal writing (HORIZON, LIFE, Innovation Fund, Erasmus+, INTERREG, DUT, EUI, PRIMA, etc )
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Italian
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Specific knowledge of R2M’s key thematic areas, sustainable buildings, renewable energy and technologies, smart and sustainable communities, and industry of the future, is considered an asset.
