EU Compliance and QMS Manager

For our EU EHSQ Team based in Ormelle (TV), we are looking for a EU Compliance and QMS Manager , reporting directly to the EU EHSQ Director .

The Compliance and QMS Manager will be responsible for all aspects of compliance to EU regulations, including general product safety, green claims, product packaging waste, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The manager will develop and maintain the EU quality management system (QMS).

Representative Activities

• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the EU regulations through documentation, conferences and consultancy.
• Travels to the EU/IL factories to audit conformity to EU and Keter regulations.
• Develops improvement plans towards sustainable operations.
• Prepares, collects and analyses European data and reports on the company’s reports and performance.
• Coordinates with different departments to integrate sustainable practices.
• Develops and implements European QMS, policies and initiatives.
• Conducts regular audits and assessments.
• Implements relevant training, awareness communication, workshops within Operations, R&D, Product Development, and Marketing.

• Qualification / Experience:
  • Master’s degree in an Engineering field or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in Quality management and Compliance in an EU context.
  • Experience in project management and training facilitation.
  • Experience in SAP, Excel and data management.
  • Fluency in English: writing, reading, and speaking. French is a plus.
  • Availability to travel 30-40% of total time.

What we are offering

On‑site position (no full remote option).

Salary range: between 40,000 Euro and 52,000 Euro gross per year / 13 installments. Effective salary proposal will be submitted to the candidate at the end of the selection process after evaluation of experiences / competences / seniority within the above mentioned salary range.
