Our client, an international company active in lifestyle‑oriented consumer markets, is looking for an EU Commercial & Dealer Growth Manager , a strategic role supporting the growth and effectiveness of the European dealer and partner network , and ensuring consistent commercial execution across the region.

EU Commercial & Dealer Growth Manager

Our client, an international company active in lifestyle‑oriented consumer markets, is looking for an EU Commercial & Dealer Growth Manager , a strategic role supporting the growth and effectiveness of the European dealer and partner network , and ensuring consistent commercial execution across the region.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the role acts as a central hub between HQ, local dealer networks, distributors, field leaders and internal cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment of commercial initiatives, communication, and market development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Communication & Partner Enablement
- Drive communication flows to dealers, distributors, and affiliated networks, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate commercial messaging across all markets.
- Support the roll‑out of sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating content, materials, and field updates.
- Review and validate commercial assets, ensuring coherence with brand guidelines and local market needs.
- Maintain and update sales documentation, pricing communications, and partner toolkits on internal platforms (The HUB).
- Monitor competition, gather insights from field leaders and partners, and identify opportunities to enhance channel performance.
- Coordinate the execution of regional sales programs, incentives, promotions, and business‑building activities for the dealer network.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, IT and Operations to ensure accurate information flow on programs, product changes, stock status, and regulatory updates.
- Manage internal request channels (Jira, CS, IT) ensuring timely responses and clear communication to the field.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, business reviews, and performance reports for strategic decision‑making.
- Serve as primary operational contact for key distributors and partner leaders, supporting them with day‑to‑day needs and market challenges.
- Deliver training and commercial presentations through webinars, digital sessions, and in‑person meetings.
- Conduct surveys and collect structured feedback from dealers to improve commercial programs and partner engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of dealer meetings, field events, product activations, and regional launches.
- Manage logistics (venues, suppliers, registration processes) and coordinate on‑site operations.
- Ensure effective communication and follow‑up on all event‑related activities to maximize market impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
- Solid experience in sales coordination, channel development, trade marketing, commercial operations or similar roles supporting indirect sales networks (dealers, retailers, distributors, affiliates).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across multiple markets.
- High level of organization, proactivity, and ownership.
- Ability to manage complex workflows in fast‑paced international environments.
- Native Italian; excellent English.
- Knowledge of Romanian is considered a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with reporting tools / KPI dashboards.
