Your key responsibilities

Being a member of the local executive committee, you will be in charge of leading the Ethics, Risk & Compliance function, advising and guiding Senior Leaders and the entire organization in reaching business priorities.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Act as a key functional guide who leads, directs, and coordinates the activities of a specific area, project, or team of experienced specialists, and leads the decision-making process for establishing multidisciplinary project / program goals.
  2. Manage information on marketed medicines, ensuring that Sales Representatives are adequately trained and updated on relevant rules and regulations.
  3. Develop creative and innovative insights to serve the organization and solve complex challenges on next-generation projects, products, therapies, and services that deliver value for patients and society.
  4. Partner with the organization to develop an effective Ethics, Risk & Compliance Program aligned with strategic priorities.
  5. Collaborate with the Field Force and work across disciplines and laws (e.g., L. 219 / 06, FI Code L.D. 231 / 01, transparency laws), providing advice and resources on various matters from onboarding to customer interactions.
  6. Support the implementation of activities using existing or new tools to streamline internal processes.
  7. Assist in designing and implementing an effective Anti-Bribery framework in collaboration with relevant bodies.
  8. Demonstrate a commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role

  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in ERC, Medical, Regulatory, Audit, or Finance.
  2. University degree in Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Law, or Economics.
  3. Business, scientific, and digital acumen, with a strong understanding of the external environment.
  4. Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to take initiative, work independently, manage multiple tasks, and develop strategic plans with business impact.
