We are seeking an experienced General Manager / Estate Hospitality Director to oversee the smooth operation of multiple high-standard private residences and guest experiences across Europe. The role combines luxury hospitality leadership with the organizational rigor of estate management.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating household staff and external service providers across properties
• Ensuring seamless guest experiences and 5-star hospitality standards
• Supervising events, VIP stays, and special occasions
• Managing budgets, scheduling, and reporting
• Acting as the key point of contact for the principal and family office
