Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products responsible for.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

- Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.

Customer & Partner Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

- Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

- Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.

Reporting & Forecasting:

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.

- Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).

- Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

- Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

- Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).

- Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.

Requirements:

1、 Bachelor or master degree or above, major in science and technology, major in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, automation is preferred;

2、Has strong decision-making skills, able to quickly make accurate decisions and implement effective solutions when dealing with complex situations and urgent issues.

3、With some work experience and a basic understanding of the new energy market.

4、Possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, able to communicate directly with foreign clients; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

5、Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote team collaboration, able to accept overseas business trips, candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
