Responsibilities:

  • Support EOMC sales by serving as the service solutions interface for customers and front-end SPP, identifying explicit and implicit customer service needs, and developing effective customer service solutions to support sales target achievement.
  • Collaborate with service sales and delivery, legal, finance, QA, and other departments to develop service solutions, terms, and corresponding OPEX costs that meet customer requirements, maximizing the probability of bidding success.
  • Monitor the overall development trend of service-related products in the responsible region, building long-term competitiveness of service solutions in terms of response time, quality, cost, and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Background in engineering or business; a background in new energy, data centers, or battery energy storage O&M is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the new energy or energy storage industry; service experience or project management experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, capable of conducting in-depth business communication independently; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
  • Resilient and perseverant, willing to tackle challenges; strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with support departments.
