Responsibilities
- Serve as the commercial interface for after-sales value-added products to customers and front-end SPP, identifying explicit and implicit customer service needs, and leading the negotiation and drafting of service agreements.
- Collaborate with service solutions, legal, finance, QA, and other departments to develop service solutions, terms, and corresponding OPEX costs that meet customer requirements, maximizing the probability of bidding success.
- Monitor the overall development trend of service-related products in the responsible region, identify new business opportunities, research new profit models, and formulate long-term development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business, or related fields; a background in new energy, battery energy storage O&M is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the new energy or energy storage industry; sales experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English, capable of conducting in-depth business communication independently; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
- Resilient and perseverant, willing to tackle challenges; strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with support departments.
