We are seeking a visionary and dynamic
INNOVATION LEADER specializing in CYBER SECURITY
to join our Innovation team at Teoresi Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Cyber Security innovation strategy, leading cutting-edge Cyber Security projects, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills and drive transformative initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Innovation Planning: According with Innovation Manager, develop and execute an innovation strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage Cyber Security projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to foster a collaborative environment, leveraging diverse expertise to drive innovation.
- Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging creative thinking and collaboration across teams.
- Organize and facilitate innovation workshops, hackathons, and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cyber Security or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading Cyber Security projects and driving innovation within an organization.
Leadership and Management Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and team-building skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Communication Skills:
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
