The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937 and incorporated into the Iveco Group in 1975.

IDV boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources.


Role


Within the Sustainability Team, we are looking for a professional with 5–6+ years of experience to oversee ESG strategy and reporting. The selected candidate will contribute to defining sustainability priorities, monitoring performance, and managing both internal and external disclosures.

The role works closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and Communications and is central to ensuring alignment between ESG strategy, operational initiatives, and reporting.


Main Responsibilities


The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and updating of the ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and with key reference frameworks
  • Creating and overseeing sustainability reporting by coordinating the collection, validation, and structuring of ESG data, in collaboration with involved functions
  • Managing ESG KPIs and monitoring systems, contributing to the definition of metrics, targets, and improvement plans
  • Supporting regulatory gap analysis processes
  • Contributing to the drafting of reporting documents, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability of information
  • Monitoring regulatory and market developments in the ESG field (e.g., CSRD, reporting standards, best practices) and translating them into concrete impacts for the company
  • Collaborating with key company functions (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, Finance) to ensure consistency and alignment between ESG strategy, operational initiatives, and reporting


Ideal Profile


We are looking for a candidate with 5–6+ years of experience in ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, CSR, ESG advisory, non-financial auditing, or similar roles.


Education:


Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, Political Science / International Relations, or related disciplines.


Requirements:


  • Solid knowledge of major ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, SDGs – at operational level, not just theoretical)
  • Experience in managing and structuring ESG data, KPIs, and reporting processes
  • Ability to work on complex, cross-functional topics while effectively liaising with multiple functions
  • Strong analytical approach and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate data into clear messages for internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity
