Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for an ESG Senior Specialist to join KIKO MILANO.
Such talent supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
This role acts as a technical and analytical expert within the ESG function, contributing to data collection, reporting, compliance, and integration of ESG principles into business processes.
In particular, you will:
- Support the execution of the ESG roadmap and related action plans.
- Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data and KPIs.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal and external sustainability reports.
- Monitor regulatory and market developments in sustainability and assess potential business impacts.
- Support ESG due diligence processes and supplier assessments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG criteria into corporate processes, procurement, and operations.
- Contribute to the definition and tracking of ESG performance targets.
- Prepare presentations and materials for ESG committees, audits, and investor communications.
What you will need to succeed
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Sustainability Management, or similar fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related consulting roles.
- Solid understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards
- Experience in data analysis, materiality assessment, and KPI tracking.
- Proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of Excel/Power BI (data visualization and reporting tools are a plus).
