Job Description Summary
The successful candidate will join the ESG team as Senior ESG Consultant, especially (but not only) for the delivery of environmental certifications & ESG audits. This role will also prepare, monitor and execute/supervise agreed client deliverables to a high standard on time and within the agreed parameters including support business development nationally.

Core Client Responsibilities
- Deliver environmental certifications: preassessments, certifications (including upload on the relevant platform), project management and QA
- Deliver ESG audits/assessments and tracking across a spectrum of sustainability metrics, including energy, water, solid waste, and greenhouse gas emissions to measure progress towards clients’ sustainability and financial goals, and to meet mandatory reporting requirements
- Design sustainability strategies at portfolio and asset level
- Design sustainability and wellbeing focused action plans on portfolio and asset level that enhance the client\'s sustainability performance, coordinated with client’s corporate policies and Cushman & Wakefield’s standards and draft policies
- Prepare relevant reports where required as part of deliverables
- Manage internal and external relationships including Client, Cushman & Wakefield, local authorities, service providers, statutory bodies, engineering companies and representatives of clients
- Provide sustainability support & advice to the local Asset Services team
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage relationship with key partners and certification bodies
- Maintain knowledge on the protocols update
- Support presentations to clients and colleagues as necessary, including local client pitches
- Support evolution of the sustainability service offering and actively support business development to retain and win new client work
About You
- Proven track record in delivering environmental certifications (BREEAM, LEED, etc), experience conducting ESG audits
- Technical background in Energy and Sustainability and a master’s or degree in a relevant subject
- Proven experience of working within the commercial property sector
- Exceptional client relationship management skills
- An evident passion for sustainability & responsible business

- Highly motivated individual with drive for self-development
- A minimum of 3 years relevant Sustainability experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
