Position: MS D365 Technical Consultant
Employment Type: Permanent Contract – Hybrid
Work Location: Bengaluru
Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MS D365 Technical Consultant who has experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and will collaborate in the management of ERP application projects the implementation, management, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. As an ERP Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to understand their specific needs and ensure the system is configured to support their workflows. You will also play a key role in training employees on the use of the ERP system, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Analysis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application requirements, both internal and external.
- Must have worked with Indian Localization for finance and taxation
- Development, testing, and maintenance of application solutions.
- Evolution and optimization of ERP systems.
- Control and management of interfaces and data flows to/from other company systems.
- Ensuring the correct functioning of business processes through the effective management of ERP systems.
- Autonomous support to Headquarters and branch offices in the development of new application functionalities.
Technical Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Significant previous experience in object-oriented programming languages, particularly Microsoft .NET.
- Solid experience in managing SQL Server DBMS.
- Excellent knowledge of standard SQL and T-SQL.
Preferred / Plus
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems, preferably Power BI.
- Experience with the Microsoft application platform (CRM, Power Automate, Synapse, SharePoint, etc.).
Soft Skills
- Thorough functional knowledge in the areas of Operation, Logistics, Production, and Master Planning.
- Good understanding of ERP issues typical of a manufacturing company.
- Ability to independently analyze business functional issues and propose solutions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving orientation and ability to manage critical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, proactivity, and listening skills.
- Curiosity, proactiveness, and initiative.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Availability for occasional international travel (approximately 10%).
