  • The Hitachi Energy IS ERP Solution Architect Issue-to-Resolution is a member of the Hitachi Energy IS Platform & Applications team, responsible for designing, ensuring the integrity, and maintaining the quality of IS solutions and services delivered to Business, Support Functions, and IS Technology domains. The role ensures that IS solutions/services provide the required functionality and meet cost expectations. It involves collaboration in project setup, delivery, and service operations optimization. The architect is accountable for managing workstream interdependencies, especially in S/4 Service management.

    • Your Responsibilities
    • Engage in requirement engineering to determine which requirements are covered by standard functionalities, which need enhancements, and which workarounds are acceptable.
    • Prepare, review, and approve functional and technical use case specifications.
    • Identify non-functional requirements and ensure service and solution operation standards are considered. Stay updated on new IS technologies and industry practices, integrating learning into Hitachi Energy's processes.
    • Collaborate with users on projects and problem management to develop and deploy cost-effective IS solutions/services. Create manuals describing operating procedures. Support the installation and modification of IS solutions/services.
    • Contribute to collaborative efforts across business processes and enterprise technology IS architecture domains. Execute actions in IS processes according to RACIS specifications.
    • Coordinate with the Global IS Domain Architect to ensure standards are followed. Support and guide temporary teams, sharing expertise and monitoring progress.
    • Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
  • Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, especially in Customer Service and Service Management.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
