About the Role
We are looking for an ERP Program Manager to lead the end-to-end transformation of our ERP landscape, with a primary focus on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365) .
This is not a traditional project management role, because you will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation , ensuring that the ERP program becomes the backbone of a new, data-driven operating model.
You will orchestrate multiple workstreams across regions and functions, ensuring alignment between process design, data structure, and system implementation .
Main Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Governance:
- Own the global ERP program roadmap, milestones, and delivery model
- Define and enforce program governance, ensuring clear decision-making and escalation paths
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT)
- Drive alignment between business priorities and implementation sequencing
- Oversee planning, execution, testing, and rollout phases across multiple geographies
- Coordinate system integrators, internal teams, and external partners
Business & Process Alignment:
- Ensure ERP implementation is fully aligned with redesigned end-to-end business processes
- Work closely with Business Process Owners and Functional Leads to translate business needs into system requirements
- Challenge and simplify processes to avoid over-customization
Data & System Integration:
- Ensure alignment between ERP and the broader Enterprise Data Platform / Smart Data Layer
- Collaborate with Data & Integration teams to guarantee consistency of data models and flows
- Support the definition of a scalable and clean system architecture
Change Management & Adoption:
- Drive organizational readiness across regions and functions
- Ensure proper training, communication, and adoption strategies are in place
- Monitor adoption and continuously improve based on feedback
Requirements:
- Solid experience in managing complex ERP implementations (D365 or similar)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution level
- Experience in managing global programs with multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of data, integrations, and system architecture principles
- Structured thinking, strong ownership, and execution mindset
- Fluency in English is a must have (minimum B2+)
- Business travels will be part of your job
Nice to Have:
- Experience in companies undergoing digital transformation at scale
- Exposure to data platforms, data governance, or analytics environments
- Background in consulting or high-performance environments
