We are looking for an ERP Integration Lead M/F/X in Altavilla Vicentina (Italy), on a permanent contract, full time to join our EMEA IT Team.
ERP / Application Lead EMEA is responsible to oversee and coordinate the governance, evolution, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across all EMEA entities.
The role combines a strong understanding of ERP processes and system architecture with leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, ensuring alignment between IT strategy and business needs in the region.
Key Responsibilities For This Role
- Lead the overall EMEA application landscape for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all subsidiaries.
- Coordinate the design, implementation, and optimization of BC processes across different subsidiaries.
- Manage and prioritize requests for system enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionalities.
- Act as the main point of contact for all ERP-related topics (Business Central) within the organization, collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Supervise external partners and developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions.
- Ensure system governance, standardization, and documentation of processes and customizations.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, testing, and user training activities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate closely with the Interface Manager to ensure smooth integration between BC and other business applications (CRM, PIM, DDI, SAP, etc.).
- Work jointly with the System Administrator to ensure proper system performance, access management, and alignment between application and infrastructure layers.
Skills Requirements For This Role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing).
- Experience managing external partners, developers, or implementation teams.
- Good knowledge of AL programming and extension management is a plus.
- Experience with data integrations (API, Power Platform, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English. French can be a plus.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Business-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage priorities effectively.
- Proactive approach and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
