What You’ll Do
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Guide students targeting Equity Research roles (sell-side or buy-side)
- Recruiting Insight: Share perspective on navigating ER interviews, stock pitch rounds, and modeling assessments
- Technical Preparation: Provide feedback on financial models, valuation work, and earnings analysis
- Research & Thesis Development: Help mentees structure investment theses and write high-quality stock pitches
Who We’re Looking For
- Professionals with experience in Equity Research (Sell-Side or Buy-Side)
- Current or former Research Analysts, Associates, or VPs
- Strong background in valuation, financial modeling, and earnings analysis
- Clear communicators who can teach structured thinking
- Detail-oriented and consistent in providing actionable feedback
