EPM Business Consultant

We’re expanding our local expertise and looking for a Business Consultant to join our team.

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects focused on Business Integrated Planning , with a strong emphasis on the Anaplan Planning Solution.

Location : Milan – Missori (hybrid work model)

What will you do?

• Lead and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle—from conceptual design to successful implementation.
• Analyze and define functional requirements across key planning processes: Budgeting, Sales Forecasting, Supply & Production Planning, Distribution Planning, and Consolidation.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of both technical and functional deliverables.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering their growth through hands-on training and technical leadership.
• Work primarily on projects within the High Fashion sector, collaborating with top-tier brands.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A Master’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent), preferably from a top-tier university or business school.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in leading consulting firms or in planning functions (Supply Chain or Financial Planning) within major Consumer Goods or Retail Fashion companies.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan (experience with similar planning platforms such as Board is also highly valued), including technical solution delivery.
• Solid understanding of planning processes across Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.
• Interest in the Consumer Goods and Retail industry.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A quantitative mindset and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (knowledge of other European languages is a plus).
• Bonus: Anaplan certifications (Model Builder or Solution Architect).
