Environment Health Safety Lead

Job Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial plant. The person will be a member of the plant leadership team, acting as a key partner to the Plant Leader and the Regional EHS organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of EHS strategies, policies and programs across the plant to achieve regulatory compliance, risk reduction and a strong safety culture. Engage with employees, management and external stakeholders to promote EHS awareness and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or science
• 4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with ISO systems and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety culture
• Proven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan execution
• Experience in multinational environments is an advantage
• Fluent in Italian and English

Preferred Experience

• At least 2–3 years’ experience in an EHS leader role
• Experience in implementing training programs and SIF programs
