I’m currently supporting a leading data centre delivery specialist as they strengthen their on-site leadership team. This role will play a key part in driving an industry-leading safety culture , ensuring compliance, and acting as a visible, client-facing EHS presence throughout the project lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading all Environmental, Health & Safety activities on site
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation, project plans, and integrated management systems
- Developing and reviewing RAMS, permits to work, and safe systems of work
- Driving strong safety behaviours across all project disciplines
- Managing and mentoring the wider EHS team where required
- Delivering safety briefings, workshops, and awareness sessions
- Conducting site audits, inspections, and follow-up of corrective actions
- Managing hazardous substances, REACH assessments, and safety reporting
