Job Title: HSE Manager

They're now growing their Italian division further, and are now looking for a HSE Manager to have complete ownership of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the direction of one or more projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, tracking progress, and coordinating with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
• Implement and manage Health & Safety systems to meet legal requirements and promote a strong internal safety culture.
• Identify, deliver, and track training needs.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction personnel.
• Prepare site reports and manage relevant documentation.
• Facilitate or personally conduct risk assessments, ensuring adequate control measures are in place.
• Guide the Head Site Manager on local health and safety legislation.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HSE roles, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites.
