Environment, Health and Safety Manager

We are currently looking for an HSE Manager to join our Garessio plant, playing a key role in strengthening our HSE performance and culture.

Your main responsibilities:

• Oversee HSE compliance for contractors during construction and startup phases
• Manage and implement integrated HSE procedures, ensuring safe operations
• Supervise environmental processes (wastewater treatment, emissions, waste management)
• Support permits and environmental impact assessments
• Drive HSE training programs and ensure regulatory compliance (Legislative Decree 81/08)
• Partner with site leadership to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
• Support stakeholder engagement with local authorities and communities

✅ Your profile:

• At least 5 years’ experience in an HSE Manager role and RSPP qualification
• Background in chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
• Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Knowledge of Seveso regulation (D.Lgs. 105/15) and emergency management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid business acumen and ability to operate across functions
