About this role

Are you passionate about creating a safe and healthy workplace and ready to launch your career in Health, Safety & Environment? We're looking for a motivated HSE Administrator Intern to join our International HSE team and support our daily activities, ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations . This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of HSE and learn how safety programs are implemented within a dynamic, international company .

Location: Milan

Reporting to: Senior Operations Project Manager

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance .
• Help organise and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports .
• Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules) .
• Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications .
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections .
• Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks .
• Collaborate with local teams to actively promote a safety culture and awareness among employees .

What will you bring to the team?

• Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field .
• A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics .
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills .
• Good communication and teamwork abilities .
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) .
• Fluent in both Italian and English is essential .
• Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is a valuable plus , but not required .
