Entry-level Area Manager

This Graduate Area Manager (ATS) position may be based in any Amazon Operations centre across Emilia – Romagna Region, depending on availability and business needs. Relocation support will be provided as needed. The role is permanent from day one and is open to candidates located in Castel San Giovanni, PC, ITA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team or a process in one of the following FC operation areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship.
• Work at a Delivery Station to continuously improve delivery efficiency, ensuring customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately and cost‑effectively.
• Take responsibility for the training and integration of new team members.
• Drive progress and maintain realistic, achievable progress and target plans.
• Safeguard the safety of the team while at work.
• Uphold Amazon’s high standards of quality.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strive to improve and streamline processes.
