We are looking for an ERP Specialist who will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the EPC department. This position requires strong attention to detail, a structured way of working, and close collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Project Managers to ensure data accuracy, cost visibility, and timely reporting. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with systems, numbers, and processes in a dynamic, project-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate ERP data for EPC projects, including purchase orders, master data, cost codes, and CAPEX/OPEX tagging
  • Support budget tracking, actuals updates, and basic variance monitoring in the ERP
  • Assist with cashflow inputs and periodic cost and project reports
  • Upload and track procurement documentation (POs, delivery and logistics documents)
  • Monitor securities such as bonds, warranties, and insurances and support their follow-up
  • Support Project Managers, Procurement, and Finance with ERP data and reporting needs


Requirements


  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Priority, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo, IFS)
  • Good Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, simple lookups or pivots)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical and technical data
  • Structured, proactive, and deadline-oriented working style
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related field
  • Good English (written and spoken)
