Enterprise Project Management Lead

Experteer Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end deployment portfolio for MotorK’s strategic enterprise customers, coordinating across deployments from contract to live adoption. You drive delivery quality, risk, and capacity planning while ensuring successful go-lives and handovers to Customer Success. You lead and grow the Project Management function and directly manage our most strategic accounts. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role at scale.

• Lead end-to-end deployments from contract to live adoption (configuration, integrations, data migration, training, go-live, hand-over)
• Develop and mentor Project Managers who handle day-to-day deployments
• Manage our most strategic accounts personally and ensure alignment with client goals and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule delivery and risk mitigation
