Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years in enterprise networking consulting or solution delivery, ideally for large‑scale or high‑availability environments (e.g., sports events, broadcast, or public venues).
Proven experience designing and implementing WIFI solutions.
Strong knowledge of network monitoring, incident management, and operational support processes.
Ability to lead and coordinate multi-vendor and cross‑functional teams in time‑critical projects.
Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with technical teams and senior event stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting international events (sports, entertainment, or similar).
Certifications in relevant technologies (JNCIS-MIST, JNCIP-MIST, JNCIE-ENT).
Mist AP and Cloud or Similar cloud based wireless solution from other vendors like Aruba, Extreme Networks, Cisco Meraki.
DC and Campus fabric implementation with Juniper EX and QFX or Similar products from Cisco, Arista.
Experience of designing and deploying RADIUS and NAC enterprise solutions using Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass, Forescout or similar vendors.
Technical Competencies
Deep understanding of WiFi concepts and Wired Switching.
Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools.
Ability to create and interpret network diagrams, documentation, and operational playbooks.
Familiar with Wireless technologies like IEEE 802.11 standards (b,g,n, ac,ax), 802.1x Wi-Fi.
Experience in troubleshooting NAC products likeCisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass, Forescout or similar vendors
Strong knowledge of Controller based or cloud based wireless management and solutions.
Layer 2 technologies (Ethernet, 802.1q/p VLAN, BFD, STP, RSTP, ARP, LACP, VRRP, 802.1x,).
Experience in Datacentre technologies – VxLAN, EVPN, Virtual Chassis (VC), GBP, etc.
Experience in SD-WAN technologies, Session Smart Router (128 SSR)
These positions will be expected to provide L2 or L3 support for JNPR product and for the platform deployed
The position will work together with the Cluster Project Manager in scheduling attendance for the different venues in the cluster
Support will be rendered on issues raised by the Technical Venue Manager and the L1 On Site support team (from TIM).
Issues will be logged with the Technical Operation Centre – TOC, and requests and issues will be assigned to the L@ Support team in the responsible cluster to resolve or fix the issue
The position will work together with the central technical team in the TOC by doing RCA and guiding the On Site support team in implementation.
Where required, the position will go On Site to assist, resolve, or implement fixes and aid in resolution of JNPR issues
the position will be required to assist the deployment team both to stage the necessary equipment in time for the move to the venue sites as well as assist in the configuration and deployment in venues.
