Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage and ensure continuity of marketing activities across the Italian market. This role requires a strong background in Direct Marketing execution , field marketing , and campaign planning , operating within a fast-paced tech environment.
The Enterprise Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across Italian enterprise and mid-market audiences. Champion an AI-first approach across marketing workflows, leveraging approved AI tools to drive smarter planning, personalised campaign delivery, and continuous optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership - Direct Marketing (30%)
- Support B2B direct marketing strategy and campaign execution aimed at driving adoption, engagement, and retention of client's cloud solutions in the Italian market.
- Develop integrated lead-generation and nurture programmes targeting enterprise, mid-market, and industry verticals.
- Own end-to-end project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and delivery workflows.
- Potential to lead partner marketing initiatives, supporting co-marketing campaigns with top Italian and global partners
Cross-functional Collaboration (20%)
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Creative, PR, and Analytics teams to create cohesive B2B marketing programmes.
- Ensure alignment between global GTM initiatives and local execution for the Italian market.
- Work closely with the Partner Marketing team when co-building initiatives with cloud partners, resellers, and system integrators.
Insight-led Campaign Strategy (20%)
- Use audience insights, industry data, and B2B funnel metrics to inform direct marketing strategy.
- Convert commercial and sales objectives into actionable pipeline-driving marketing plans .
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement across the buyer journey - awareness → consideration → conversion.
Platform, Product & Value Proposition Development (15%)
- Shape value propositions and messaging tailored to priority B2B segments, industries, and decision-maker types.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new Cloud products, features, and solutions across Italy.
- Drive clear and compelling communication of platform benefits to enterprise and partner audiences.
Performance Measurement & Optimisation (10%)
- Monitor and report on pipeline contribution, lead quality, campaign efficiency, and conversion rates.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for ongoing optimisation in direct and partner marketing programmes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management (5%)
- Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to brief.
- Oversee creative and production workflows, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Support agency partners and, where applicable, partner marketing stakeholders in shared campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B marketing (campaign, events), ideally within cloud, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record leading direct marketing programmes that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Experience developing integrated campaigns across email, events, paid media, content, and nurture workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration within complex organisational structures.
- Ability to translate insights into strategies that resonate with B2B enterprise buyers and technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and verbal)
- Experience in partner marketing or co-marketing with distributors, VARs, or system integrators.
- Knowledge of the Italian enterprise tech landscape.
- Understanding of sales motions, partner ecosystems, and B2B funnel analytics.
